darren

i visited and spent about 3hrs with a monk at the una avenue house a couple of years ago. i had an interest in buddhism having read a little and attempted to apply what id read in my life.
the time passed quickly and although i have not returned my study and practice of buddhism has continued and increased.
i am a different person today and hope my continued practice and study will improve my good qualities for the benefit of others.
i would like to thank the monk and the community he represents for the kindness he showed me. he made a positive difference in my life, i hope i can do the same for others.
